Currently, we are out-of-network with commercial insurance providers. However, we can provide you with a superbill upon request. This document includes all the necessary medical coding and financial details, which you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. It's important to note that we are not in-network with Medicare. Due to Medicare regulations, we cannot accept payments from Medicare beneficiaries. If you are a Medicare beneficiary and need assistance finding an in-network therapist, we are more than happy to help guide you to a suitable provider. We encourage all clients to verify their insurance benefits and understand their out-of-network coverage prior to beginning treatment. We recommend comfortable, loose-fitting clothes that allow easy movement, such as gym shorts or sweatpants and a t-shirt. Proper attire will help facilitate the examination and any initial treatment. 3. Ensure you have a minimum of a 6x8 ft space available for the treatment area. This space should be clear of any obstacles to allow effective assessment and treatment. 4. Have your wifi information available. A stable internet connection is crucial for the completion of any required documentation and for potential telehealth services. If wifi is not available, please contact your therapist prior to your appointment to make alternative arrangements. By adhering to these guidelines, you will help create an optimal environment for your physiotherapy session, enabling us to provide you with the best possible care.

What are the travel fee policies for Hometown PT’s services?At Hometown PT, we prioritize convenient and affordable access to physical therapy services. There is no added travel fee for patients residing within a 15-mile radius outside of St. Francisville, LA city limits. However, for patients located beyond this radius, a $1 charge will be added for every mile beyond the initial 10-mile radius. This policy ensures transparency and helps us deliver high-quality physical therapy care to a broader community while covering travel expenses fairly.

Does Hometown PT provide superbills for wellness services?Wellness services are not covered by insurance, which means we do not provide a superbill for these specific services. However, we can provide a superbill for physical therapy services upon request. This superbill can then be submitted to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
