    A follow-up visit to the initial evaluation (I.E.) to further address the musculoskeletal related impairments found during the I.E.
     
    • Number of visits is determined on a case-by-case basis.
    • Visit frequency is determined on a case-by-case basis.

  • Dry Needling

    • 30-35 min session
    • Screening required prior to receiving this service.
